Every vote counts!
Don’t listen to the disinformation. Passing the disaster declaration and emergency response amendments on the May ballot will NOT end pandemic restrictions on businesses. It’s important to vote NO on them to allow the #PA state government to handle emergencies effectively.
The #COVID disaster declaration allowed the #PA National Guard to respond to the #pandemic - and to use federal funds to pay for it. #Pennsylvanians could have to pay for such support under the proposed constitutional amendments on emergency responses on the May ballot. Vote NO!
Two constitutional amendments on May’s primary ballot threaten Pennsylvania’s ability to protect the public’s health during emergencies like the #COVID#pandemic. Vote NO on them on your May primary election ballot. https://t.co/9wHg6IGMEO
Legislatures are created to write laws; they aren’t intended to manage day-to-day emergency responses. Vote NO on the proposed constitutional amendments about disaster declarations and emergency responses on the May primary election ballot.

I completely agree: “Managing an emergency during a nuclear accident, massive flood, destructive hurricane, or a deadly pandemic by their very nature are executive functions, not legislative.” Vote NO on these dangerous constitutional amendments in May!

The May primary ballot’s proposed constitutional amendments would shift the balance of power over #PA disaster responses from the governor to the legislature. ‘Yes’ votes threaten federal funding for emergency costs like food stamps. VOTE NO!

Thanks, @votefitz! I know we’re both working to help Americans who are barely making ends meet during #COVID19. I’ll continue to urge my colleagues in Congress to compromise and get this deal done for those who simply can’t afford to wait another day.
Families in #PGH and across the country are struggling, and it’s past time to help them with a robust #COVID19 relief package. Read more from @PGDanielMoore about my number one priority - passing this much-needed relief package before Christmas.

Thank you to #PA18 for electing me to serve you and represent you for another term in Congress. I’m once again humbled by your support - and I’m eager to continue fighting for our district!
Congratulations to President-Elect @JoeBiden and Vice President-Elect @KamalaHarris! As Pennsylvania certified it’s election results this week, I’m proud Pittsburgh’s votes and our great state’s support helped to elect our next President. #Election2020results
We have claimed, for Electoral Vote purposes, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (which won’t allow legal observers) the State of Georgia, and the State of North Carolina, each one of which has a BIG Trump lead. Additionally, we hereby claim the State of Michigan if, in fact,.....
Thank you, @steelers, for your kindness. Chicken, rigatoni, veggies, rolls, pies and more! We’re grateful for the wonderful food from @TheGooseExpress
This is not a disaster. Pennsylvania is exactly where we expected to be at this point. Counting mail in ballots accurately takes time.
If we had been allowed to pre-canvass, it would have taken less time but Republicans opposed that plan.
