As we approach the 82nd anniversary of D-Day, we honor the lives lost in one of the most pivotal battles in history.
May we never forget their sacrifice, and may we continue to uphold the values they fought so hard to defend.
Their legacy reminds us of the true cost of freedom and the responsibility we share to carry it forward. Watch my full remarks below:

America’s agriculture industry depends on reliable positioning and navigation systems, and farmers need backup GPS capabilities to avoid severe disruptions.
@RepJohnJoyce emphasized the importance of expanding PNT systems into rural communities before a crisis is at hand.
This week, I had the privilege of meeting with members of the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau, including Suzanne Shea of Adams County.
They shared the devastating effects that the April freeze has had on our fruit growers, as well as the ripple effects impacting communities across our Commonwealth.
Our conversation highlighted the urgent need to deliver disaster relief to the remaining counties affected by these historically low temperatures. As the U.S. Department of Agriculture continues to assess data on crop losses, I will keep working with local agricultural leaders to ensure that our economy is properly supported.
Great conversation with Tom Keane, MD, National Coordinator for Health IT. Patients deserve health records that are easily accessible, comprehensive, and easy to understand. We look forward to our continued collaboration with @ONC_HealthIT as we work together to address these important issues.

.@RepJohnJoyce stresses that the SECURE Data Act is based on the successful model already adopted by red, blue, and purple states.
A single, federal privacy standard creates robust protections for consumers and gives businesses the certainty they need to invest and grow.
Congratulations to Franco Doydora of Juniata County on receiving an appointment to the United States Military Academy!
As his Representative in Congress, I was proud to nominate Franco to the U.S. Military Academy, and I am confident that he will continue to represent the very best of Pennsylvania’s 13th Congressional District as he serves our nation.
Thank you as well to Franco’s parents, RJ and Joanna Doydora, along with Juniata County School District Superintendent Christie Holderman and Juniata High School Principal Kelli Strawser, for the impactful mentorship that they provided throughout his journey.
In a survey I sent out to constituents, 50% of respondents from across our district said they were either directly impacted by the April freeze or know someone who was. After sending a letter to USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins, I am pleased to see federal funding being directed toward supporting our fruit growers.
If you or someone you know was impacted by these devastating low temperatures, additional information on USDA's disaster assistance programs can be found at https://t.co/r8grFb0HvO.
Following the USDA’s announcement, I thank Secretary Brooke Rollins for securing this critical assistance for Pennsylvania fruit growers impacted by the devastating freeze. After learning which 17 counties would receive this funding, I contacted the USDA to inquire about additional counties throughout PA-13 that were not included. They confirmed that more counties are expected to be added to this disaster assistance program following further review of documentation and data collection.
As this process continues, I will keep working alongside Secretary Rollins to ensure every fruit grower affected by the April freeze receives the support they need.

This Memorial Day, join me in honoring the men and women of our Armed Forces who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.
Across our nation, we remember those who gave their lives to defend the many freedoms that we are blessed to enjoy today. We stand with the families and veterans who carry their legacy forward.
“From these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion.” — Abraham Lincoln, Gettysburg Address
As negotiations continue toward a potential truce with Iran, this remains a critical moment for our nation and the world.
I ask all Americans to keep President Trump and the First Lady in their thoughts and prayers, asking for their safety, protection, and strength.
Honored and blessed to start the day with prayer with @VP JD Vance in the U.S. Capitol!
This morning, JD Vance shared his gratitude for the many blessings that he and all of America have received from Charlie Kirk.
.@RepJohnJoyce understands firsthand how sacred the patient-provider relationship is, and vertical integration is a key factor that disturbs that balance.
Stabilizing the Physician Fee Schedule protects independent physician practices, which ultimately serve our patients better.

When infrastructure fails at this scale, the consequences can extend far beyond the immediate area.
This morning, Chairman @RepJohnJoyce questioned witnesses on the steps immediately taken following the Potomac Interceptor collapse. WATCH:
April’s devastating late-season freeze caused unprecedented damage to our local orchards and fruit crops. In PA-13, Pennsylvania’s top producer of apples and other fruit crops, this is an urgent and immediate crisis. I’m proud to lead an effort with my bipartisan colleagues from across the Commonwealth to call on the USDA to take action without delay to help our farmers and growers navigate this unexpected hardship.
Since 2016, restrictive Medicare policies have significantly limited patients’ ability to choose their own wheelchairs.
Last year, I introduced H.R. 1703, the Choices for Increased Mobility Act, to expand patient choice and improve access to lightweight mobility equipment for Medicare beneficiaries.
Following a @HouseCommerce Subcommittee on Health markup, I’m proud to share that H.R. 1703 has successfully passed out of committee with bipartisan support.
