18. Bought this following a recommendation at @researchEDSW and really enjoyed it. Lots of insights in to what worked at one struggling school. Whilst I wouldn’t naturally agree with all of it, I found the overall message compelling. Would recommend
Tonight at SLT, we thought about what has gone well with @Steplab_co this half term as part of a debrief (thanks to @Mr_Crome for highlighting the impact of this @researchEDSW) and then looked ahead, completing a premortem for 24-25 considering plausible reasons for failure ✅

Grateful to @MiriamHussain_ for recommending this @researchEDSW - really engaging & useful book. I don’t agree with every suggestion but @CoatesSally makes some compelling points. Lots of useful reminders on behaviour, culture and expectations so far
Off the back of the amazing key note by @HughesHaili at @researchEDSW I am now obsessed by the phrase 'Tacit Knowledge' and how we are losing it by the truckload because of poor teacher retention. Possible impact on 'Adaptive Expertise' loss as well? @SCottinghatt
