@DHarrison82 @TheStandardDC I like the idea of bringing in players future Commanders HC Shane Steichen is familiar with 😁

Also congrats on contributing to The District Standard!

[Resh @reshmanuel]

@JYash How about to the side?

[Resh @reshmanuel]

@PRHH1974 @BangRadioHour @FrankMorrell17 Truly nothing better

[Resh @reshmanuel]

@BangRadioHour @FrankMorrell17 Those Friday night preview shows were key!

[Resh @reshmanuel]

@RRose78 @1067theFan Who’s your OC in both scenarios?

[A.J. Perez @byajperez]

Nearly all this “international games are bad” talk is coming from US fans. The NFL has already got you. Goodell and team owners put these games on to expand the NFL’s worldwide footprint. Huge gains have been made in the UK and Germany. These aren’t going away.

[Resh @reshmanuel]

@nick_akridge Basically how I had them as well

[Resh @reshmanuel]

@simongerman600 @ryanburge My high-school aged nieces have had no interest at all in learning to drive. They can, but it's like they had to be dragged scratching and clawing to get their licenses.

And it's not like they live in the heart of downtown where public transportation is so readily available

[Resh @reshmanuel]

@HogsHaven @JunksRadio I wonder what other defensive coaches they had in mind. Seems, per Peters, like they went through a few options

[Resh @reshmanuel]

@sportsrapport @MMcCarthyREV Any thoughts on Alex Smith?

[Resh @reshmanuel]

@the_rel_world 100%

[Resh @reshmanuel]

@Gcarmi21 Where is this number coming from, because Pro Football Reference has Jayden at a pressured % of 22.8%, just above the league average of 22.1

[Resh @reshmanuel]

@GrantPaulsen Here is a version, executed in a high school game a little over a decade ago https://t.co/4eJ35Dfz87

[Resh @reshmanuel]

@ExcuseTheHebrew @HogsHaven @JunksRadio Wilks is the most recent DC, and I thought of bringing that up if I had more characters.

Regardless, they all have the experience Peters claims Daronte needed more of around him

[Resh @reshmanuel]

@Zim489 I’ve not heard anyone credible, people who had actual insight into the hiring process, say that.

I’ll say personally I thought Ben Johnson would be a bust of a HC. Clearly proven wrong so far

[Resh @reshmanuel]

We need to stop acting like Dan Quinn was some deep fallback choice. He was among their top candidates from the start

And “basketball guys” is so damn idiotic. Whether he said it or not, we’re talking about some of the most successful people in their field of business and sports

[Rio Robinson @Rio_Robinson91]

Man wtf was AP & Bob Myers talking about in them Virtual Interviews in 2024 that resulted in the GREAT OPTIONS TURNING US DOWN 😩

WHAT MADE US have to “HERE NIGGA DAMN “ offer DQ THE JOB MAN 💔

#RaiseHail

[Resh @reshmanuel]

@discoque92 @GrantPaulsen @funnydanny This could be akin to, albeit at a price, the Commanders taking a flyer on former 1st round pick Treylon Burks last year

[Resh @reshmanuel]

@avandelay6 @FullCommandShow You did

He’s someone I think to keep an eye on

I don’t think first tier of candidates
