@justinbates28 It is clear that continued clarification of these types of clauses is necessary, and positive to see the increased rejection of AirBnB type leases. These types of cases will no doubt continue for some time, whilst there is any vagueness to be clarified.

@LandmarkInvsGrp I was quite shocked to get a new £20 out of the machine a few days ago... paying out some cash for some bits for the house renovation, but apart from that it must be 5 months since I’ve used cash. I have a pile of untouched coins on the bedside table!!

@AdamPosner1 Sickening that one officer tries to assist and is pushed away by presumably a more senior colleague, then so many walk past. It is the military body that reacts the way any reasonable person should act, spotting and jumping down to investigate or help. Entirely unnecessary.

Got home tonight to find the garage has been burgled & my motorbike stolen. Fantastic response from @gmpolice local team, within 1hr, considering it’s a busy Friday night. Limited chance they’ll find it, absolutely gutted & I hope someone is caught, or better is hurt crashing it
