This is a key point I forgot to make:

Make a dx.

HTN Emergency is not a dx. It is a wastebasket of diagnoses.

SAH, dissection, eclampsia, etc. are diagnoses.
They have clear goals of care and recommended meds.

NONE of which is “10-20% lower than what triage got.”
