Riches are in the niches.
It's cool to think about a consumer app that can go viral and address a really wide audience.
But more realistic opportunities are in the niche apps for specific and often specialized users.

I’m ready to share my formula. Bookmark this and apply it to your apps!
Let’s go:
• Design. A bright icon and compelling screenshots are key to high install conversion.
• Quality. I often enter existing niches, so I make my product at least on par with the leaders.
• Onboarding. A well-designed onboarding combined with a paywall generates up to 75% of all payments.
• Step-by-step UI. I help users achieve results with the fewest possible steps.
• Transparent terms. No hidden close buttons, aggressive paywalls, or pricing tricks.
• No lifetime purchases. I intentionally removed lifetime deals—fewer choices lead to higher conversion.
• MRR growth. Weekly and annual subscriptions work best for me. Weekly is perfect for testing; annual is for those who want the best deal.
• Retention. Simple: listen to user feedback and regularly ship new features.
• Branding. I create a unique name for each app, and competitors often start using my brand in their keywords.
• ASO. Any tool works. In the Title, I always include the main keyword + app name.
• Localization. The easiest way to grow—translate keywords, screenshots, and the app itself.
• Pricing optimization. I adjust prices based on purchasing power index.
• Personal use. Use your own app—it’ll help you improve UX and find growth opportunities.
