I got challenged to show if I can do some pull ups. Proper hand grip, palms away. Palms facing are chin ups.

This paper isn’t a critique of carbs. It’s a study of the assumption that if 90g/hr is good, then 120g/hr must be better.
The evidence for carbohydrate fueling in endurance sports is overwhelming.
The evidence that most athletes need ultra-high carb intake is less convincing.
Those are two very different claims.
@VinnieTortorich The protocol is eating carbs that contain potassium like potatoes. I was low carb for 20 years and had electrolyte issues. Low potassium put me in the ER twice due to my heart. Turns out the heart needs potassium to work right. Fix your diet.
@SheriCarter18@megynkelly I would rather have Elon have his wiz kids develop an online system so we can vote and then the vote totals can be posted one minute after the "polls" close. The fact we can not vote securely on our phones in 2026 is ridiculous.
