It seems like #cop25 in Madrid is falling apart right now. The science is clear, but the science is being ignored.
Whatever happens we will never give up. We have only just begun.
Some quick observations of the #COP25 outcome:
The outcome is very far from an adequate response to the (scientific) urgency of climate chance, and makes a mockery of the Chilean Presidency's slogan "Time to Act". If anything, governments though it was "Time to Delay". #Klimalog

State action plans currently being revised. More effective when they have buy-in across state government and from external stakeholders, but many state climate agencies lack capacity to conduct such processes. Central gov has given mandate but not funding
