Today our fabulous SLT Jane& @SLTAlouise hosted the 1st tea party @WardB47nuh since pre-covid!Lovely time was had by all!All levels of modified food/drinks were available to ensure it was an inclusive event.The fruit smoothies in particular went down a treat! #dysphagia #dementia

The fabulous SLT stroke teams work for Swallow Awareness Day! Great to get lots of the MDT trying thickened drinks and discussing the importance of adding flavour to promote nutrition and hydration for our patients! 👄 👅
