Hi @cobie since everyone is tagging you for help, I thought I should write as well. I am reaching out with a lot of hope. I have been a Coinbase user since 2017 and my account itself is fine.

The issue is with the Canadian trading restriction because users cannot trade more than 30k unless they are accredited investors or permitted clients. I am a permitted client and accredited investor, but Coinbase still does not allow me to trade over the 30k limit, which is very frustrating.

Kraken, in the same regulatory environment, allows accredited investors to trade without limits once verified. I have emailed Coinbase support many times and tried speaking to customer service, but I have never received a proper answer.

If Kraken can verify and allow accredited investors, I am assuming Coinbase should be able to do the same. I am sure many people are in the same situation as I am.

I understand this is not something that can be fixed overnight, but if you can help move this forward, it would mean a lot. For example, Echo verified me as an accredited investor and allowed me to invest, so hopefully Coinbase can make something similar possible as well.
