Cheers @OntheBeachUK, changed an essential term of our booking, without our knowledge, 2 days before departure. My young family at bag drop off at 4am with no flight - holiday ruined. Calling your helpline and call drops every time? Ref:MYB11220730B Surely can’t do this to people

[Rhys Downes @rhys_downes]

Help please @easyJet why you think I’d cancel my flight 48 hours before departure. Left with pregnant wife, 18 month old stood helpless/baffled at 03:30, told to get help from customer services that opened at 7 (departure was 06:25) Holiday ruined, no fault of ours. Ref: K31Z4GM
