@TUIUK what wasn’t so great and put a spoiler on that start of our honeymoon was the man who couldn’t behave himself during our flight and got a very special welcome to Jamaica by the police. every single member of the cabin crew dealt with situation amazingly

@TUIUK well that wasn’t the flight I was expecting. TOM 138 to Montego Bay. Booked 11 nights for our honeymoon Ocean Coral Spring. Both pilots and lady cabin crew put a very nervous passenger me at ease thank you so much for doing so. It really helped. 🥰

@ManahattaUK #sheffield paid in full for 10 evening party bottomless brunch for Sunday 3rd May. Over £400 still not had a refund for the overpayment due to change of alcoholic to nonalcoholic for two of my guests. Not a lot I suppose but still not a great customer care
