Delhi High Court to hear today two suits challenging the Central government order directing the Delhi Gymkhana Club to vacate its premises by June 5.
While one suit is by Vijay Khurana, a longstanding member of the club, the other is by the Staff Welfare Association of the Delhi Gymkhana.

@DattaAmeet Sir, perhaps the ip bar can demand an IPD division in each district? That could pave the way for specialised courts for each subject matter in each distrct. We can only reduce the burden on constitutional courts by specialising the district judiciary.
