Can you explain the gap in your customer service? @ McDonaldsUK We ordered through the McDonalds app for McDelivery. Trying to report missing items and your app says contact UberEats. They didn’t pack it and seal it, McDonalds did!

@EmiratesSupport Not impressed that specific seats paid for and confirmed are unavailable on EK431 BNE>DXB. I’d expect a professional customer service response and a courtesy email to let me know rather than finding out at checkin. What can you do to help?
