Four years ago today, I got up, went for a run and then drove to addenbrooks to be told that I had #MND . This morning it took two carers to get me up and dressed. A lot has changed in four years, but I am still here and will be for a long time yet!

@Cat_Herder_Boss What does he use saline for? Is it something that is recommended for his particular peg? I only ask because I’ve not heard of using saline for the balloon before- I just use cool boiled water, 2 years plus with my peg and no issues!
