We are now without dinner. The driver is now getting free dinner.
I want to complain about this driver as well as receive compensation for this inconvenience. Please action.

Instructions are with my address. Every other time before this order, drivers have always called or sent a message.
Appointment cancelled because of incompetent driver.

…. was turning into a side street (or at least looked like he was going to).
Instead of contacting me, he cancelled the order completely???? There are multiple off-streets he can turn into, and like I said he could have contacted so I could meet him downstairs.

Th time that I have seen this happen on Uber Eats, and it is unacceptable.
I was tracking (literally watching) my delivery from Santiago. I saw on the app that he was on the street I live on or….
@Uber@Uber_Support We still haven’t heard from our driver who has our keys. We’ve messaged via Twitter and Uber app. Rang the driver NUMEROUS times and nothing. Is there any update on this situation?
