Very disappointed with the aftercare I have NOT received from DFS. Had a sofa delivered in November and had it 4 months and realised there was an issue with the arm rest. We are being told it is wear and tear come on within 4 months of receiving it!
@sizehelpteam Still no one been in touch I would just like to find out what’s happening with my refund it’s not too much to ask when you send faulty goods out!
@PersimmonHomes well after 3 attempts of fixing a leak in the bathroom we still have a leak. Been in touch with customer service AGAIN and haven’t heard anything absolute joke bathroom still a mess only been going on about 3 months only been in 6 months.!
@PersimmonHomes so my wife and I moved into a persimmon home in June. I’m not getting into all the issues we have had but I have to tell everyone about the below. We had a leak in the bathroom due to the bath not being sealed correctly and now have the below on the landing
