POINT OF CONTACT! This TUESDAY June 23, 2026 5:30 pm at Zoe Grounds Plot 47 Kigo Lweza, Kampala, UGANDA along the Entebbe express Highway!! This is a special atmosphere to materialize your special request.
A point of contact is anything physical that releases your faith in God for the particular need that you have. The bible speaks of people who approached God through a point of contact to show their faith to Him, for instance the woman with the issue of blood [Luke 8:43-48], the wearing of handkerchiefs and aprons from Paul’s body [Acts 19:11-12], the shadow of Peter [Acts 5:15].
As a definite act of faith, carry a point of contact to transfer the anointing and healing needed to powerfully manifest your desires.

5 YEARS FROM NOW, YOU’LL EITHER SAY “I’M GLAD I STARTED”… OR “I WISH I STARTED.”
Time has a quiet way of revealing our decisions. Many people postpone the things they know could improve their lives. They delay learning a new skill, delay starting the project they keep thinking about, or delay pursuing the opportunity that could move their career forward. The reasons often sound sensible in the moment. The timing does not feel perfect. The resources are not fully there. The confidence has not yet caught up with the ambition.
So the idea waits.
Months pass. Then years. Meanwhile time continues moving forward whether a decision has been made or not. What many people eventually discover is that the real cost was never the difficulty of starting. The real cost was the time spent waiting for the perfect moment that never truly arrives.
Progress rarely begins with certainty. It usually begins with a simple decision to move despite uncertainty. Small beginnings compound quietly over time. A skill improves. A project grows. An opportunity expands. What once felt difficult slowly becomes normal.
Five years from now, the difference between where you are and where you could be will largely reflect the things you chose to begin today. And when people look back at that moment, the regret is rarely that they tried and failed.
The regret is usually that they waited too long to start.
WHEN THE STARS ALIGN
In organizations, alignment is rarely poetic. It is structural. A leader exits, a strategy shifts, a crisis exposes weakness or growth creates new demand. What looks like disruption to most is actually a temporary gap in power. And power gaps do not remain empty for long.
These windows are brief. They reward those who prepared before the moment arrived. Alignment is not the beginning of preparation. It is the test of preparation. When timing shifts, you either step forward with competence or you watch someone else do it.
Many professionals miss their moment not because they lack ability, but because they hesitate. They wait for formal recognition. They wait to be invited. They wait for certainty. By the time certainty arrives, the structure has already reorganized around someone bolder.
Alignment inside institutions is the intersection of readiness, visibility, and courage. It is not magic. It is timing meeting decision. The person who understands this does not panic during transition. They move with calm precision.
When the stars align, they are not aligning for everyone. They are aligning for the one who is prepared to occupy the space.
Build quietly. Observe carefully. Move decisively.
BE 10 OVER 10 IN YOUR JOB
Most people aim to be acceptable. They want to meet expectations not redefine them. They do enough to avoid complaint. They stay within the lines of their job description. Then they wonder why they remain replaceable.
Being 10 over 10 is not about perfection. It is about ownership. It is the decision to treat your role as a responsibility, not a task list. When you enter a room, your work should reduce friction, increase clarity and elevate standards. If your absence does not disrupt performance, you are not yet operating at 10.
Excellence is not loud. It is structured. It shows up in preparation. In follow through. In anticipating problems before they escalate. In delivering before reminders are sent. A 10 over 10 professional does not wait to be managed. They manage outcomes.
Most people negotiate for higher pay before they negotiate with themselves about higher standards. That is backward. The market pays for value density. If you increase your competence, reliability and strategic thinking, compensation eventually follows. If it does not, you outgrow the room.
Do not work for applause. Work for mastery. When your execution becomes undeniable, your leverage increases. You move from being supervised to being trusted. From being instructed to being consulted.
Be 10 over 10 where you are. Not because the job deserves it. But because your name does.
WHEN YOU BELIEVE IN YOURSELF SO VIOLENTLY, REALITY WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO SURRENDER TO YOUR DREAMS
Most people say they believe in themselves.
Very few structure their lives around that belief.
Soft belief negotiates with circumstances.
Violent belief restructures circumstances.
There is a difference.
When belief is conditional, it sounds like this:
“I will try.”
“I hope it works.”
“Let’s see what happens.”
When belief is absolute, it sounds like this:
“This will work. The only variable is time and iteration.”
The world does not respond to wishes.
It responds to consistency, skill acquisition, positioning and resilience under pressure.
Believing in yourself “violently” is not arrogance.
It is commitment without retreat.
It means:
You build the competence to match your ambition.
You move even when there is no applause.
You absorb rejection as feedback not identity.
You refine the plan, not the dream.
Reality bends for people who refuse to emotionally withdraw from their vision.
Not because the universe is sentimental.
But because sustained conviction produces action.
Sustained action produces skill.
Skill produces leverage.
Leverage changes outcomes.
The weak wait for validation before they move.
The dangerous move before validation arrives.
Believe in yourself so completely that quitting becomes illogical.
Then do the work that makes that belief credible.
That is how dreams stop being fantasies and start becoming inevitabilities.
IN PERSONAL ADVANCEMENT, THE ONE WHO MOVES FIRST WRITES THE STORY. THE ONE WHO HESITATES BECOMES THE STORY.
Progress is not democratic. It does not reward intention, talent, or preparation equally. It rewards timing and action.
The person who moves first defines the frame. They set the language, the standards, and the reference point everyone else is forced to respond to. Once that frame is set, late movers are no longer authors. They are commentators.
Most people hesitate because they are waiting for certainty. They want guarantees, validation, or permission. But certainty is never available at the beginning of anything meaningful. It only appears after movement. Waiting for clarity before acting is how you surrender narrative control.
In careers, business, and leadership, first movers do three things differently. They accept incomplete information. They tolerate early discomfort. And they understand that being early looks like being wrong until results show up.
Hesitation has a hidden cost. While you are analyzing, someone else is positioning. While you are refining, someone else is testing. While you are protecting your image, someone else is building leverage. By the time you decide, the story has already been written and your role has been assigned.
Becoming “the story” means reacting instead of directing. It means explaining why you didn’t move instead of being referenced for having moved. It means adjusting to rules you could have written.
This does not mean reckless action. It means decisive action. Movement with intent beats perfect planning with no execution.
If you want authority, you must go first.
If you want relevance, you must move early.
If you want control, you must accept risk.
The future does not remember who hesitated well.
It remembers who acted when others were still thinking.
NOT EVERY FRIEND WAS BUILT FOR YOUR NEXT CHAPTER
One of the most dangerous assumptions professionals make is believing everyone who started with them must continue with them. That idea destroys momentum, slows growth and keeps brilliant people tied to relationships that expired years ago.
Progress has a price, and one of the first payments is relational clarity.
1. Growth exposes misalignment
When your ambition rises, the people around you fall into three categories:
• those who grow with you
• those who admire your growth
• those who resist it
Your mistake is trying to carry the third group into a future they did not prepare for.
2. Loyalty becomes a trap when it replaces logic
Some friendships were perfect for your early chapters. They taught you joy, belonging or survival. But those same friendships can become weights when your life requires discipline, focus and reinvention. Loyalty is noble. But loyalty without evaluation is emotional debt.
3. Not everyone is wired for the altitude you want
Success demands new habits, new thinking and new standards. Some people love you, but they cannot match your pace, your hunger or your discipline. Keeping them close forces you to choose between growth and comfort. And comfort always kills the future.
4. Your next chapter needs people who stretch you
You rise faster when your circle challenges your laziness, questions your excuses and pushes you toward your potential. You cannot evolve while surrounding yourself with people who only remind you of who you used to be.
Releasing certain friendships is not betrayal.
It is stewardship.
It is accepting that every season has its companions, and not all companions are permanent.
Your next chapter is selective by design.
Walk with the people who can breathe at the altitude you are climbing into.
