@HUGOBOSS customer service needs looking at. I have faulty clothing that you want me to use my money and time to arrange a return only then to give me credit that I then need to spend more time and money to use! Poor from a supposedly premium brand. I will be shopping elsewhere!!

@TheAA_UK What also annoys me is that you don’t seem bothered! I had to stand on a muddy 45degree embankment in the freezing rain for 4hrs!!! The guys that picked my car up were great, but the service on the phone was shocking! You seem to think you keep customers updated…not me!!!
When @theaa_uk leave you on the side of the road for 5 hours (still here now) because they can’t get someone to recover my car. At least the communication is good…….sorry correction it’s horrendous, I have had to call every time for an update! Awful service! Waste of money!
@TheAA_UK Disappointing! I was allegedly a priority as my vehicle was in a dangerous position and that took 4hrs! Communication was awful and I was told numerous times that someone would call in 10mins, they didn’t! Don’t worry I have rung the garage and sorted it! Awful service!
@TheAA_UK I did get home ok, but my Friday night was ruined as I spent it freezing cold stood on a muddy embankment waiting 4hrs for someone to rescue me! Communication only happened when I called and now my car has been taken to Kwik Fit and I don’t know what is happening!
@Lauren41439691 @RW__Arena @GaryBarlow Only to then have your bags taken off you!! Ours was an empty tote bag and they still suggested it could contain Semtex!!?? Security was a shambles, more interested in our bags than covid!
What a shambles @RW__Arena last night, ridiculous queue only to then have our bags taken off us and put in the bin. Would have loved to have seen Leona but we were stood in the cold for 40mins! As for security, they need some serious customer training! @GaryBarlow
