@insideFPL I feel so misled by the co. Called to make arrangements did my part - now they said sorry -There’s nothing they can do. $$ was applied to a deposit. Nothing applied to my bill😡 they rather have the $$ collecting interest for them that working with the customer

I was traveling with a group to #Israel out of NY in November… chose to book with @JetBlue today I realized it was a mistake. Flight to Israel was canceled. now I can’t get a credit without a penalty. Others in my group got refunds/credit right away. JetBlue = inconsiderate

@UnitedAirlines_ @Delta @SouthwestAir @SpiritAirlines @AmericanAir @AlaskaAir PLEASE provide a cross airline waiver to travelers that needed to connect on OTHER airlines to travel to #israel I’m stuck with loosing $$$ @JetBlue because they won’t provide a waiver. BE CONSIDERATE

@JetBlue worst customer service ever. $$ hungry. Had flights to JFK to then fly to #Israel (with other airline) as everyone knows it was suspended due to the war… now it will cost m $100 pp to modify reservation - NO EXCEPTIONS . “It was not with @JetBlue “so inconsiderate
