@JM_speakss 5 years ago today 5/31/21 Bitcoin was at $58k and today it’s at $66k. That’s a very modest return. My 401k outperformed my Bitcoin in the same time frame.
@theficouple Lender here, this is not true. What happens is more often than not the self employed borrower says they make $200k a year but their tax returns whether they own a corporation or file a schedule C show something else. Even then there are alternatives to help them but you need 💰.
With Zuck’s move to Florida, California’s total taxable wealth from billionaires has plummeted to well under $1T from over $2T just a few weeks ago.
The loss of this tax revenue was totally avoidable but is now forever. All because Gavin Newsom stood motionless as this stupidly written bill, from a fringe union and a handful of socialist academics with an axe to grind, meandered its way into the public conversation without any action from him and freaked everyone out.
These were all people that were paying 13%+ in state income tax every year WITH NO COMPLAINTS UNTIL A FEW WEEKS AGO.
And now, for the rest of time, the lost tax revenues from these folks will have to be paid for by the middle class because they are the only group left in California large enough that you can tax to fill the hole.
He’s forsaken the middle class instead of managing the budget, managing the deficit, eliminating even a portion of California’s gargantuan waste and abuse. He could have done any of these things at any point over the past 7+ years.
But he was silent.
And now California’s budget will implode and he wants to run for President.
Insane.
@HustleBitch_ I worked at a large pizza chain in high school in the mid 90’s. We would have a made her a new pizza to make her happy but not given a refund since they ate most of it.
@theficouple I am a lender and I can help both equally. Neither is easier or more challenging. There are self employed borrowers who say they make $200 and the taxes show that after expenses they made $15k. Even then we can use bank statements to qualify.
@ThrillaRilla369 Those are fixed term trade lines so once it’s paid it has nothing to score. Open two revolving accounts with 0 annual fees. Put one away and never use it but leave it open. Make small purchases on the other and pay it off monthly so you don’t pay interest. Credit will be good😊.
