Be very careful what you put after the words "I am."

When you say I am you're not describing your body. You're declaring something about your soul. Your spiritual essence.

So "I am a loser" isn't just negative self talk. It's a lie you're telling about who you actually are at your core.

Try this. Only use "I am" with the word love. Everything else becomes "I feel."

I feel angry. Not I am angry.

I feel frustrated. Not I am frustrated.

One small shift in language. Big shift in how you see yourself.
