@virginmedia So your website doesn’t work and I have used the ivr options suggested and it still goes to a dead end saying we know there are issues… wait 24 hours. Please could you escalate these issues ? Surpringly the engineer didn’t come last night and my internet is still up and down

@KirkleesCouncil Just to say despite this being chased up by councillor Andrew Cooper our bins still haven’t been emptied. We now have 3.5 weeks of recycling. I have left a bing bag on top of my bin for this week’s collection.

@KirkleesCouncil hi I raised the green bins not being emptied in armitage bridge last week on your website and on Facebook and was assured they would aim to collect later in the week. This still hasn’t been done despite the roadworks now moved. All our green bins are still out
