Section 205 section 7 a (2) is pure corruption. It's only intent is to stop the FSU ACC settlement clause that allows 6 schools to leave as an association to limit the ACC exit fee to $75 million.

In fact, this entire section is set up to deprive valuable acc schools of their right to survive by getting equitable revenue for their valuable rights.

To put this clause in this bill without keeping the revenue sharing features is sick political theatre.

The amount of corruption in this bill to benefit the ACC schools other than Clemson, FSU, UNC, UVA, Miami and GT is historic. At the protection of ND. Screw you guys.

If this section isn't rectified, I will campaign against all you sorry corrupt politicians that vote for/promote this.

FSU’s new OC is Gus Malzahn, who averaged nearly 27 PPG against Alabama while he was at Auburn, beating them 3 times.

FSU added several major transfers, including a dynamic dual-threat QB (who Alabama has historically had issues with).

Tommy Castellanos started his career at UCF when Gus Malzahn was the head coach there, and they’ve reunited at FSU.

One of their other transfers is former Tennessee WR Squirrel White, who had 10 receptions for 111 yards and a TD against Alabama in 2023.
