@mandydr04 My son has avoided peer support. Whilst I think that in some ways it would help him, he has severe health anxiety so if he hears about someone elses symptoms that are different to his own then he is terrified that his symptoms will get worse and same will happen to him.

@HB_HereToHelp @holland_barrett I already have and they were useless, one minute they said it was returned to you and the next said it was delivered, then lost! They wont send my stuff only a refund, I have now missed out on offers
So @HB_HereToHelp wasted an hour on chat today to @Holland_Barrett, refused to send replacement order for lost one even when previously asked if that was what I would like. Have now missed Black Friday offers and need to look elsewhere. Awful customer service!
Still saying 53 orders awaiting despatch in my Click & Drop, these were manifested and collected yesterday, I was told by your suppport that these would update but this still isnt sorted 22 hours later! @click_and_drop@RoyalMailHelp
