@SecDuffy Make it cheaper for families to travel (cheaper tickets for kids, high speed rail, less/no fees for checked bags or assigned seating especially for kids, etc.). For families, the airline should be required to seat us together.
@Walmart terrible customer experience. Ordered groceries online last night (same store, same credit card, same account as always). Woke up this morning to see order was cancelled. Used link they provided to reorder. Cancelled again. Customer service no help at all.
Been trying to switch my whole family (5 lines) to @TMobile. It's been one of the most frustrating buying experiences. Companies don't focus enough on the buyer.
