@mattczeller Most of the participants dove with the claxon but there was later a horn, which i believe is the false start alert. From the screenshot it looks like someone may have gone early. The horn is a typical start sound for triathlon but the claxon is for olympics.

@DrPhilipSkiba The 1st covid jab messed me up and i'm still not fully recovered 3 years later. Other immunisations have been fine. Very hard to come up with 100% effective treatments. I'll have to find another way.

@NewhamCyclists @JamesAsser I've checked the roadwork status by Atherton today. There are 2 permits logged on the map. One is due to finish on 11th of May. The traffic lights permit is until October.

@Jeukendrup An elite athlete posted this the other day. I'm not sure on their testing method but they appear to have a higher contrast of Fat/Glycogen burn.

@NewhamCyclists That's a shame. We need more amenities with accessibility options for all. Could you be clearer with your campaigns in the future and not so partisan. It looks like you are banning the MSG when really it was their transport.

@NewhamCyclists Such a shame. Being injured a while back made me realise that i need to have a lifestyle beyond just cycling everywhere and need to have great places to go to. Keep improving cycling infrastructure but keep your mitts off amenities.

@NewhamCyclists Statford is fixable by more great cycling solutions and a world class entertainment venue plus many other amenities and support that the working classes require. Cycling is for all. Not just for those who don't like music.

@NewhamCyclists We need more amenities and more housing. Whatever is built would put extra demand on local services. We can have great infrastructure and world class facilities. It does t have to be ban ban ban all the time. More should be done to improve the venue’s wider implementation.
