@Livpure_India sales team gave me false information to me & sold wrong product. I try to reach back for support, there is no response. Calls are transferred repeatedly b/w sales/service/support & disconnected. also sent emails, there is no response at all extremely disappointing.

I hv booked outstation ride on 13-Apr-248:41 AM, due to an incident in the middle of the trip that the ride has been cancelled and the support representative issued a refund, it's been a month and I have not received the payment. I tried reaching support but no help.
