@Ananth_IRAS As a railway employee who knows the ins and outs so intimately how do you manage to stay so optimistic? The new Vande Bharat on Ahmedabad-Mumbai route is barely 10-15 minutes faster. Improvement of 20 kph is just a dream.

@thekaipullai 1) In my experience the radius is more than 2 kilometers. Maybe city specific 2) The app has always worked but when close to station you need to scan the station QR Code which is near booking counters.

The app has certain kinks to be worked out but it is very usable.

They can do this because they have absolute monopoly over online train tickets. Even other booking services are forced to provide service through IRCTC.

@AkshayiWeb @Mugdha_Variyar Business model will survive after VCs stop subsidizing companies in hope of creating monopoly. After burning some cash all VCs will move on. In the end only profitable business model will survive. Loss making delivery business will not.
