@andbaker@WiggerMaggot They lost the magic touch, when they lost the plot.
Rail against the establishment while being the establishment makes you look like your opps.
Rail against the opps while being establishment makes you unfunny.

@WiggerMaggot It's even simpler than that. The left's jokes used to be funny when they were subversive of convention and orthodoxy. Edgy, even. Much of the left's ideology IS now convention.
No one finds HR funny or edgy, no matter how hard they try to be.
@NeroBirb@no_one_quits Nissan altima is cheap car driven by hoodlums and soccer moms
Chevy suburban is large SUV used frequently by US Government, ie FBI, or ATF etc
@KhanSaba1278 Let me answer your question with a question: "if you emptied the stuff from it could you park your car in it?"
If you take the stuff out of it and now have room for car, it's a garage.
if it's still too small for a car, it's a shed.
@AWRHawkins NB: "like potato chips" is quoted as it's a figure of speech emphasizing commodity-ness, not the truth of the procedure.
Every such purchase is still bound by appropriate reg's including Fed: Photo ID, 4473, and Background check reqts, or Local: wait periods or attachment limits
@AWRHawkins On paper? The limit is Yes. An American can just buy AR-15s "like potato chips" until the supply is gone, and resume purchasing upon restock
Practically? 7 4 flavors; long, short, sneaky, and endurance, and 1 for each hand for the first 3 flavors. Endurance requires 2 hands
@TracketPacer While the commutative property of addition is very powerful it's still bound to the order of operation, in which multiplication occurs before addition.
By commuting the addends, without isolating them, the equation changes. You're comparing:
(100x2)+300
to
(300x2)+100
@tuuu28283 However, keep in mind these rules are only of thumb,These terms are mostly interchangable, and the safest bet is play it by ear. If one sound wrong, try the other
@tuuu28283 They also have different inclusions and exclusions
"The USA" includes US Virgin Islands Territory, Puerto Rico, and Guam and excludes Native reservations
"America" typically refers to the contiguous 48, Alaska, Hawaii, and Native reservations but exclude the outer territories.
@GameDadVII Difficulty settings and accessibility settings strive for the same goal (making the game playable to those who can't) using different methods.
Difficulty settings affect the gameplay core.
Snipers can't aim, Grunts flee in fear, heavies have bigger wind ups, and less dmg.
@_sh1tstain@HSGARAGE1 When we needed wires bigger than our starting point, negative guaging didn't make sense, we took the number of squishes to get to 0 guage, and made it a new 0
00 (double aught) guage is 1 standard squish bigger than 0 guage.
The bad slash notation came from space savings.
@_sh1tstain@HSGARAGE1 For the wire guage, same deal, Thinking wrong.
Wire guage isn't a measure of wire at all. It's a count, starting from a baseline 0 times (0 guage wire is the same diameter as the copper rod wires get drawn from) of how many times the wire was squished to get to this size.
@uncledoomer The maintenance and care of our national parks are heavily subsidized by the taxpayer
non taxpayers are paying their usage fee and the upfront equivalent to their tax subsidy as well
@hirahira22222 Chicken is poultry when it's meat.
However it gets labeled chicken, because turkey, cornish hen, duck, and goose are also poultry class meats, and available in some supermarkets.
