Another key takeaway that I gathered from this summer was that institutional change within an organization who’s main focus is not sustainability is hard, but the sports sustainability industry is growing and so many people are working hard to improve it. #ENVIR491

Key take-aways so far:
1) People want simplicity. Messaging has to be straightforward and to the point.
2) In this field, much can be learned from what others are doing. Sharing is most definitely caring when it comes to waste diversion strategies. #ENVIR491
