Persistence pays off ! The NCDRC has finally settled the issue of maintainability in my favour. It took nearly 10yrs and 44 "TARIKH" to decide the issue. Also impersonation by a junior doc to confuse d matter and delay the proceedings did not help much @HospitalsApollo ! 1/2
