这个 Reddit 帖子的作者先把锅甩回开发者自己：爬邮箱、群发、AI 写外连邮件。本来想“规模化”，结果把互联网搞成一片噪音。

你发 1000 封邮件没人回，这不叫销售，这叫扰民；你以为在搞增长，其实在制造污染物。

作为独立开发者，按理更该靠自动化来追赶大公司。但现实更残酷：大公司能拿预算“烧口碑”，小团队烧不起。

对小创业者来说，信任就是命根，一旦被当成 spam 号，你就没戏了。

所以他反着来：停掉极端自动化的流程，回归“笨办法”——逛论坛、看评论、找“被某个问题折磨的人”。

慢归慢，但一旦对上人，一定会有回应。不是你话术多牛，而是对面感受到：你是人，不是脚本。

这个帖子，核心观点其实非常硬核：当触达成本被工具压到接近 0的时候，真正稀缺的就不是“能联系多少人”，而是“你值不值得得到回应”。

想拿到第一批用户，可能不是缺更强的工具，而是那些你一直想躲开的那点脏活累活干得不够——认真找人、认真倾听、认真沟通。

“小团队唯一的货币是信任。”真诚永远是最强的必杀技。

而给我个人的启示是：在 AI 时代，无论是开发还是内容的成本只会越来越低，如何上规模的同时不失真诚的本心，是所有人都不能逃过的课题。
