Your employees can't even be polite for their own mistakes. And even if it's someone else's mistake, there's no reason to misbehave with a person who is doing his job. Also my order was incomplete and I haven't got any resolution for that as of now.

... I only get notifications of getting my postpaid limit increased but when asked for support always there's something that goes wrong just like shown in the screenshot.
