OpenAI is reportedly stealth testing a new model right now, and people think it might be GPT-5.6.

Users are noticing ChatGPT suddenly got way smarter out of nowhere.

Apparently, they're using a new "Deployment Simulation" safety method to test it without the AI knowing it's being watched.
