I have been an LG patron since the last 15 years buying only LG ac's and fridges, also recommending the same. But now I feel for service issues, u guys are not worthwhile any more. Big time drop in service. Call centre does not give sr no. Other no is not reachable

@IFBAppliances ur service team at Chennai pursaiwakkam is just horrible... they have just no sense of commitment. Don't know how have u guys kept them as agents and service. Pathetic. Can u suggest someone else...
