Pathetic condition of Indian railways. train running late by 12 hours.unnecessary delays not getting recorded. train 05562 special train on 24th Dec got delayed by 12 hrs. onward train came in by 11:00 am .. journey didn’t start even by 2 pm. @IRCTCofficial @AshwiniVaishnv
