Why is there no compulsion for IITians, MBA passouts, etc. to provide bond services to the state like we doctors do?

They are also studying at subsidized rates, living in government hostels, and studying in government colleges. Why don’t they have to provide services for the government?

They study here in India on Indian taxpayers money and make America great.
