@agoda I travel often. It was the worst experience I had in my entire life, we called and pleaded for help as we were on road since morning & no one could arrange an AC room for us specially when it was your fault. Company is wasting money by paying the support team that can’t support.

@agoda Booking No. 519984725 Confirmed booking. When we reached the hotel, they had no clue of the booking. We were on phone for more than 4 hours with Agoda & 45 minutes on hold & were on road the whole day waiting for you to rebook a similar room but all we got is hold & lies.

@agoda I am on my vacation which you people spoiled. I am thankful to God that I am still alive. I told your manager about my health condition & how much we struggled & all we got in return was hold, fake promises, we could even hear your agent breathing on but she decided not to reply.

@agoda Thank you, Ethan. We got a call from a Manager naming Tim. We informed her that all we want is an AC room for 2 adults for 9 nights & she said that she will call us back with the options & we never received any call. We finally booked it on our own. Demand refund & compensation.
