In Wakad area from Pune i am writing this. I am living here from last 7 years and very frequently power cuts we face here because of old infrastructure. Currently power goes every now and then. Any small rains and winds disturbance causes power failure. Pls look.

@BOIndiaOfficial I have applied for fast track, application needs reupload of passport last page which i have uploaded multiple times so far. Site having issues as it is not going further "save and continue" so now i am stuck in middle of the process where application is pending

i lost money from checked in baggage and customer care is asking me to file a police report. how irresponsible this airline is. not able to care customers belongings.

@airindia flight from mumbai to riyadh is full of mosquitoes as well as flight from riyadh to mumbai was having same experience
just changing the colour of the logo and dress codes will not change the experience you get. this is where we lack in quality.

There is so much hassle to get modification or cancellations to the bookings done by make my trip.
Customer care answers are standard :
"systems is not working"
"Will put you on hold" longer waits 10 min
"We will come back to you" never comes back

@VFSGlobal sites for tracking are always throwing some or the other error messages and not really responding to the tracker. Visa processing so much delayed and they charge heavy for these. but no action against them.

why so much garbage lying on national highways? I am talking about National Mumbai Bangalore National Highway. right from express way ending till you cross pune all highway and its service roads have tons of garbage or trash lying.
