@ritsut I think it’s a good example of negative incentives being expected to do all the work. Driving good, conscientious landlords out without fixing bigger issues around supply and affordability isn’t going to fix anything.

I would not be surprised if Elon sells all the Bitcoin and reinvests the capital into data centers in space or some other stuff.
