@DeepikaBhardwaj For some women, misusing laws & lodging FIR is easier than ordering pizza, they are making a mockery of process, did she get punished for filing a false case after her affidavit? Being adult, she can't legally blame others for misguiding her, it is unacceptable..#JusticeServed

@ShoneeKapoor I know a woman judge (DHJS) has committed offences (IPC) in personal maters to falsely implicate an innocent man, DP shielding her, DHC didn't suspend her, victim pleaded for his security to CP & DSJ but in vain. Is this system fair, when no one should be above law? #judge #law

@Save2Family @TheAmitLakhani Data shows that it is not only the misuse of section 498A but 509, 354A etc. This will continue unless all those women who lodge FALSE FIRs are prosecuted without any leniency.

Year 2016 – 13,511, Year 2017 – 13,929, Year 2018 – 1,10,789. However, police found- 6745 cases in 2016, 4931 cases in 2017 & 4950 cases in 2018 cases FALSE in it final report. @DeepikaBhardwaj @indSupremeCourt #MisuseOfPower @barandbench

@barandbench Agree, but alike it is also serious misconduct when some police officer fails to hear an ordinary member of public on issue of his facing physical harm, threats and intimidation.. but is not commonly heard that similar action taken in such cases...#Law #public #Police @HMOIndia

@DeepikaBhardwaj In USA, Canada, UK, Australia.. if someone files a false police compliant or testimony in Court, he or she gets jail times and serious consequences.
