@bio_clouseau You mean, FDA seems to be struggling to get IMiDs off the market for elderly, and to approve Pepaxto. EMA approved Pepaxti in Europe in 4th line, and recommended for approval in 3rd line. The snowball is rolling, soon the warning will come. Melflufen is helping patients.
