Sadly many CCGs are not 'hands on' when it comes to MH Trusts and delegate a lot of their responsibility to them - that is the case in Vale of York CCG

Net result has included my family member (E) being victim of a Safeguarding incident 4 years ago caused by several members of TEWV staff & I've been banned for the past 17 months from providing support to E with TEWV

It seems, for some, one of the harder aspects of their role is to own any responsibility for the consequences of what they do/say

It seems that your Trust & TEWV are not exactly leading that revolution

The TEWV complaints process is badly broken and they point all towards PALS, who take a very long time to investigate & nothing will change

Don't make too much noise for fear of reprisals
