@TPExpressTrains Coach 834215 (802215) is faulty. Passengers have blocked the door closest to Newcastle bound in Coach D, preventing some from leaving due to accessibility issues. The train is full and standing. I’ve managed to get off now, but unsure if others were able. Thanks!

@AvantiWestCoast Hi I have a ticket for the 09:54 train to Carlisle from Preston and I have missed my connection to make it to Preston
However I seen that tickets marked for today on some routes are being allowed to be used until Monday. Does this mean I can get the next train?
