Stop telling the lie that athletes can’t be both incredibly driven AND joyful, or that embracing fun on the journey is somehow “less serious.” Really sick of that false narrative. @ByGollyMolly12

The standout has run the 10K at the DII Midwest Regional in a time of 30:30, a new program record!
Still thinking about the documentary "The Weight of Gold" I watched on the plane thismorning... a great insight to the mental health battles elite athletes are facing

Upperclassmen: The impact you make on your program goes beyond wins and losses. 10-year old kids are watching you & emulating you. Freshman & Sophomores are learning how to practice/compete daily by you. You are changing the future for better or worse. Leave your legacy!
Look I love the Olympics. I’ve been trying to make them for 10 years. But maybe if we can get the public excited about our sport EVERY year. Show there’s a US Championship like the trials EVERY year. Be valuable to sponsors EVERY year. Televise EVERY year… we’d grow.
Go to a college where they want you to meet their team and see their campus. If a college is pressuring you to commit without any information besides a scholarship you need to run away. Run for a place that wants it to be the right fit for them and YOU!
Austin Combs had a throw of 66.45m today at the Olympic Trials. He did not qualify for the finals on Sunday but we're still proud of our nine-time all-American!
