@optoio @BerndFelsche @eevblog @13vdc Teslas have come with varied Lithium based 12V batteries since like 2021 already. Other manufacturers have been slower to catch on, I guess mainly because not having total control of electronics. The 12V (or 16V more like) batteries are only like 7Ah also!

That would be 1000 minutes or 2.7 minutes daily tugging around only. Consider the tow could be like 20 minutes everyday, it would add up quickly. In fuel it would cost maybe $500 for 20 minutes.

@lucagrecoita I guess it is mainly because they have so much experience with stampings. The bigger castings, machines and extra material costs would probably still end up cheaper. Nevermind all the potential reliability issues from joining castings and stampings in a pack!

This law would take precedence over anything else. In the Netherlands it looks like you are not required to carry an ID, but should be able to prove your identity on request.
