Just putting my two cents here. FoodPharmer taught you how to read labels on food products. Now please start doing the same for dietary supplements that your "dietitian" , "nutritionist" , "wellness influencers" promote and brainwash you to buy.

In the first image:

The Fat Burner Capsule and Fat Burner Premix are the most concerning. These commonly contain:
Green tea extract (containing high levels of plant chemical EGCG) - well-documented cause of liver injury, especially in concentrated forms and in fasted states
Garcinia cambogia - multiple case reports of acute liver failure
Usnic acid - potent mitochondrial toxin - also related to severe liver injury
Bitter orange/synephrine - multiple hepatotoxicity reports
Proprietary "thermogenic blends" - often undisclosed combinations. If you see anything labelled "proprietary blend" on a supplement, please do not even touch it with a 10ft pole.

There are multiple documented cases of noni-associated liver injury in humans and animal studies showed liver cell damage and necrosis and 40% mortality with chronic consumption - attributed to anthraquinones in the fruit.

A 22-year-old woman residing alone in a gated apartment complex in Bengaluru hosted a small, quiet get-together with a few friends at her own flat. There was no loud music or disturbance.

But the gathering drew the attention of “society uncles,” who were probably keeping a watch on her daily routine, and who confronted her late at night, questioning her conduct and her right to have guests. They told her that bachelors aren’t allowed in the society and asked her to call the owner of the house. When she calmly told them that she herself was the owner of the flat and was not violating any rule, the situation escalated further, with several committee members entering her home without consent, accusing her of drinking and smoking.

Parts of this confrontation were captured on CCTV cameras installed inside her flat for safety, footage that later became central to her case. The society members eventually called the police, but after verifying that no nuisance was being created and that the woman owned the flat, the cops took no action.

Rather than letting the episode pass, she chose to pursue legal remedies, sending notices for harassment, trespass, and intimidation. An urgent society meeting was called the same evening, where video footage from her living-room camera was screened before residents. Following this, the accused members were removed from their positions on the society board and fined Rs 20,000 each for violating bylaws. A written apology was issued to her.

She was not letting it pass this easy though. Next, she filed a ₹62-lakh civil suit, seeking compensation for mental trauma and reputational harm, along with a permanent injunction to prevent further interference.

I hope she wins. This case will be landmark in India because it legally challenges the unchecked authority of RWAs, clearly establishing that society committees have no right to police personal behaviour inside a privately owned home. By treating moral policing as actionable civil harassment with financial consequences, it will set a deterrent precedent and strengthen individual residential autonomy.

This brand is of Manu Sharma, the guy who killed Jessica Lal only because she refused him a drink after the bar was closed. He was given a sentence only after massive protests but then was 80% of the time out on bail during his term, got married, had kids, celebrated all festivals and had his sentence reduced for 'good conduct' while entire family of Jessica Lal suffered and died. Almost as if trolling Jessica n the society, he opened a liquor company (having denied the drink back then).
Now no one cares what he did, the elites have not just accepted him back in the system but in order to seal his place also awarded his brand 'Indri' as the best rum. That's how they reward their own.
It's a shame to see handles specially so called nationalist handles, promoting a criminal's liquor brand like this.

Think about this. No dog born on the street, is born out of will. By the time he even gains consciousness he depends on you/us for food & water. He can’t go out there say he’s hungry. Thirsty. He can’t go out there and and work and earn it. He just waits and looks for anything on the street that could quench his thirst and hunger. Sometimes a reckless speeding car or bike just runs him over. And there he lays in utmost pain most of the time.

And then sometimes “Rohini Sector” happens. Where they’re picked up for ‘sterilisation’ but are brutally tortured and murdered.

What’s their fault. They were just born a dog. That’s their only fault. Think about it.

Show compassion humans. By feeling for animals you don’t become animal lovers.

You become better human beings. Because you start to care for beings that can’t do anything for you in return.
