Markets punish arrogance n ego.. we became too arrogant that india has no alternative , FIIs may come and go..
Taxed capital gains ,dividends, buybacks , STT
This is not oil & bond yields alone ..this is largely self induced flight of capital
Let’s bounce back & course correct
Bengaluru has a brutal way of making you question your life choices.
You can be doing objectively well...
Until your flatmate casually tells you he quit his job to build a startup.
Your cab driver is talking about his SaaS side project.
The guy next to you at a café is closing his first US client.
And someone younger than you just raised funding for an idea you wish you had started.
Nobody is shocked.
Nobody claps.
Everyone just goes back to work.
That’s the Bangalore effect.
It makes extraordinary people look ordinary.
And after a while, you stop asking:
“Why are they doing so much?”
You start asking:
“Why am I not?”
Maybe that’s the real superpower of this city.
It doesn't make you feel successful.
It makes you hungry.
INDIAN STOCK MARKET IS BLEEDING!
The consistent fall in the market is ringing alarm bells for the Indian economy.
₹17 lakh crore in investor wealth has already been wiped out.
Leader of Opposition @RahulGandhi ji explicitly warned of a terrible economic crisis back in June 2026. But this arrogant government chose to ignore the warning, and the country is paying the price.
#stockmarket
I am actually happy to see many more people talking about the double taxation of STT & STCG/LTCG now.
Much needed. Our voice is getting stronger.
I am hearing that Government is aware of these suggestions. They will have to reconsider.
Hoping for the best !!!

The older I get, the more I realize you can get pretty damn far in life by just doing what most people avoid. Wake up early. Focus deeply. Move your body. Eat real foods. Obsess over one thing. Have difficult conversations. Slow down. Be present. It’s the recipe for a good life.
That’s quite a POWERFUL suggestion. I have one for the judiciary too.
I appeal to doctors across India:- if a judge comes to your clinic for treatment, give them the next appointment one year later and tell them to leave with their NEXT DATE.
And I urge people from every profession to join this campaign in their own way. Give judges the next date and turn them away. Let them experience the same medicine they prescribe to others.
Out of all the tax Modi Govt added, the most Stupid and funny tax was introduction to surcharge of 10% over 50L taxable income.
Before 2014, the 10% surcharge was on Income above 1 crore. But Modi Govt in 2017 started the 10% surcharge from 50L income only.
So, basically Modi Govt changed the definition of rich from 1 crores income to 50L income only while claiming that in his Govt more people are getting richer. If more people are getting richer then tax should be reduced not increased 🥲
And funny part is, If you adjust Inflation then 1cr in 2014 is equivalent to 2cr in 2026 and Surcharge is at 50L now. So Modi Govt called you rich at 1/4th income so that they can tax you more.
If you can't make people rich, lower the bar to be called rich and tax them. Modi Mantra.
Governance cannot be understood from an office alone.
To solve Bengaluru’s civic challenges, we must see them where citizens experience them - on the ground. That is why we are taking officials to the ground, identifying the gaps firsthand and working towards solutions with clear accountability.
I love the fact that Indians are becoming financially strong, travelling abroad, and experiencing basic infrastructure in foreign cities that even premium private developers in India don't provide.
Demand better cities from your politicians.

Former IAS officer #DivyaMittal on Tuesday announced that she would enter politics independently, saying #UttarPradesh was her “karmabhoomi” and the state would be the starting point of her political journey.
In a video statement, Mittal said her decision grew out of what she had seen during her administrative career. “I realised that many problems of the public do not get resolved even when approvals, funds and provisions are in place,” she said. “There are people whose voices do not reach the government, and even when they do, their problems remain unheard.”

The fact that I was a part of AAP is an old news. And while I do understand why me donating to AAP last year makes up for a good click bait headline, what I don’t understand is why my address and PAN Card details were publicly shared.
Is there absolutely no ethics left in journalism?
My parents will now face heightened security threats, thanks to these “journalists”.
All these years the BJP controlled the narrative through mainstream media and WhatsApp.
But Instagram is a different battlefield. Gen Z has used it to question, mock and challenge political propaganda in ways that are far harder to control. And now Gen Alpha is coming of age online.
Restrictions on minors may sound reasonable on paper in the name of online safety. But it is fair to ask whether there is another motive too: stopping Gen Alpha from doing what Gen Z did. Even 15 and 16-year-olds are openly mocking the Prime Minister and those in power.
If the Centre is genuinely concerned about young people online, it should focus on making the internet safer for them. Start by cracking down on accounts that harass and abuse girls online, not by silencing an entire generation.
